REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DRILLING AND CONSTRUCTION OF SIXTY (60) BOREHOLES IN TEN DISTRICTS IN THE UPPER WEST/EAST, SAVANNAH, OTI, NORTH-EAST, AND NORTHERN REGIONS OF GHANA
- Global Communities, Ghana acting on behalf of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is financially supporting the “DRILLING AND CONSTRUCTION OF SIXTY (60) BOREHOLES IN TEN DISTRICTS IN THE UPPER WEST/EAST, SAVANNAH, OTI, NORTHEAST, AND NORTHERN REGIONS OF GHANA’’. Global Communities/USAID funds this procurement from its budgetary allocation towards the provision of WASH infrastructure in Ghana.
- This RFP is open to all Firms/Consultants from Ghana as defined in 2 CFR 200.320 – The “Uniform Guidance”. Global Communities Ghana now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Firms/Consultants for the Drilling and Construction of sixty (60) boreholes in ten districts in the Upper West/East, Savannah, Oti, Northeast, and Northern Regions of Ghana.
- Prospective Offerors can submit bids for more than one of the Lots but only one Lot can be awarded to a successful bidder.

The assignment shall consist of Drilling and construction of Sixty (60) Boreholes as indicated in the table below:

- Submission of a completed proposal and all supporting documents (hard and soft copies) closes at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. Soft copies of the completed proposals shall be on a pen drive and shall be placed in an envelope containing the hard copies (Technical & Financial)

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR FACILITATION AND TRAINING OF DAs TO PREPARE WASH INVESTMENT PLANS AND MARKETING PLANS FOR 12 DAs IN UPPER WEST, UPPER EAST, OTI AND SAVANNAH REGIONS
Global Communities, Inc has been selected by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to serve as the Prime Recipient for the Enhancing Water Sanitation and Hygiene (En-WASH) Activity. Global Communities is inviting qualified firms with experience in training for and preparation of WASH Investment Plans and Marketing Plans to submit their proposals for the subject activity based on this Request for Proposals.
Interested organizations should submit their proposals, in hard copy or electronic format in accordance with the language of the solicitation to the address specified. The proposals must be received no later than 2:00pm of Friday, 9th February 2024.
Responding firms are advised that this solicitation does not in any way obligate Global Communities to make a contract award or compensate the responding firms for any costs associated with the preparation and submission of their proposals.
Any questions or requests for information should be addressed by no later than 2:00pm of 31st January 2024 via email at: [email protected]. Any information given to one prospective offeror concerning this solicitation will be furnished to all such offerors as an amendment of the solicitation.
